Last Thursday, 19th of November 2015 I had the pleasure to make food for Rebirth of the Princess launch of their hair jewelry.

The beautiful table set up - Hibiscus Dinners and Rebirth of the Princess style!

For this exclusive event, I used exclusive products: lobster, golden leaf, French trout roe… So the food food could shine next the hair jewels of Vana Perisa from Rebirth of the Princess. 

During this event we decided to serve cold finger food that was both delicious and healthy! Here is what I prepared:

-Homemade salmon gravlax on homemade blini with a wasabi cream

-Vegan fresh spring rolls filled with seasonal vegetables

-A jar filled with avocado cream topped with a lobster salad flavored with orange

I am so glad everything went well. I adapt all my menus to my customers requests: we can do tapas, gastronomic private dinners, finger food from France or with Asian inspirations - Everything is possible!
